Quality and QHSE

Since 2000, we set up a Quality, Hygiene, Security and Environment policy in Africa which chases precise aims:

• Satisfaction to the quality services expectations
• Enhancement of the efficiency of the sites while protecting the health of our salaries and the environment
• Promotion of the local talents

Only with developing a global project gathering the countries that will the knowledge and the know-how of the different countries be enriched. The experience of the sites where the QHSE policy was implemented enabled us to create a procedure of basic management, common with all the sites, and then to adapt it to each of them regarding their local specificities. We set quality standards beneficial to the development of the market.

In six years, the QHSE policy became a tool of participative management, involving and motivating the teams. The relation set between Bolloré Africa Logistics and its customers comes under some information conveyed at every step of a project, be there delays or not.
